This was just a suitable option for a city holiday in Alaro with fantastic value for money. The restaurant staff were excellent and really made the holiday special. Be prepared for potential noise if there are events during your stay.

I had a three-night stay and enjoyed the pool area with its loungers and views of the mountains. Breakfast was buffet style and offered a good range of options. The hotel had a nice atmosphere, but the lack of nearby dining options meant eating at the hotel each night became expensive. Driving in the remote area was stressful due to narrow roads. The hotel staff seemed overwhelmed during a wedding event, which made it difficult for individual guests.

Room 26 had an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom that marred the stay, leading us to keep the door shut. The noise from the pool area was bothersome, especially with kids around, and there was a lack of poolside service to accommodate all guests. The limited dinner menu could benefit from more variety, as disappointing expectations arose from not experiencing the full culinary scope during meals.

The facilities were stunning with a spacious suite and a modern bathroom. The spa and pools offered breathtaking views, and the food was exceptional. Enjoying breakfast surrounded by tranquility was a highlight of my stay.

this hotel is an amazin peaceful retreat with stunning views, we loved the nature sounds everywhere. the staff were super friendly and the food was delicious, even for us picky eaters. our junior suite was really spacious and comfy, not old and broken down at all. we felt completely relaxed here! our stay was just what we needed to destress and recharge.

the wifi wasn’t great 😕 but the restaurant offers a delicious breakfast buffet, and the staff were incredibly friendly. also, the beautiful mountain views make it so worth it!

The junior suite was huge and super comfy! The beds were firm and gave me great sleep. The old-school vibe added charm without feeling shabby. Seriously, it felt like a cozy home away from home. Plus, being so peaceful with stunning views made chilling here a real treat.
